Sarah teaches yoga with a relaxed & accepting nature. Since yoga provides many variations on each pose, she believes it can be adjusted to any students ability & comfort level. Combining attention to posture & breath is her goal.

Bonnie Hart
Bonnie's teaching style is one of gentle encouragement. She emphasizes self-care, meaning she encourages the students to take care of themselves in each posture, not forcing themselves beyond their individual capability. At the same time she is able to provide the student with ideas for small adjustments which can allow the student to take the pose further without much effort. Through it all she encourages her students to breath deeply and fully, teaching them to rely on the breath for not only relaxing into the pose but also relaxing the mind. In this way Bonnie incorporates both the inner and outer journey in her yoga instruction; teaching the students to navigate not only the postures but also life with a relaxed attitude and full heart. |
