Late Arrivals
If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Please understand that your treatments will end on time so the next client will not be inconvenienced. You will be responsible to pay for the full service scheduled.

Cancellations
In the event you are unable to keep an appointment with us, as a courtesy, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Clients who do not show up for scheduled appointments or who cancel the day of their appointment, will be required to provide a credit card to hold their next appointment. Any appointments not kept without prior notification thereafter, will be billed for thier scheduled service. This is out of fairness to all of our other clients as well as our therapists.

Gift Certificates
Body Encounters' Gift Certificates never expire. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase another Certificate & can not be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates bought on our Anniversary Sale can not be used to purchase any packages.

Payment
We honor Visa, Mastercard, Discover and, of course, cash. Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift certificates, but they are always appreciated.

Referral Program
If you refer anyone to come in for a 1/2 hour massage or longer, we will send you a thank you card that allows you $10 off a 1 hr massage…$5 off a ½ hr massage or 20% off
any 1 item. UNLIMITED! Referral cards can not be used to purchase a GC
